Refunds are only issued for accidental double charges or system-related billing errors. We do not provide refunds for unused subscription time once a plan is activated.

You can cancel your plan anytime directly from your dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

3. Failed Generations

In rare cases where a video fails to generate due to a platform error, your video credits will either be automatically restored or manually re-added to your account.
